    Our process involves laying the canvas over the frame and drawing the exact shape and contours of the frame directly onto the material, so it won't matter if your home-made frame isn't exactly square or symmetrical — the cover will still fit perfectly! This prevents flapping and ensures proper clearance for roof racks, toolboxes, or rear bars.


    You don't need to measure your ute yourself — just book in, drop your vehicle to our Campbellfield factory and we'll handle the rest.

  • What are the differences between a tonneau cover and a canopy?

    A tonneau cover is specifically designed to cover the tray of your ute, providing weather protection for your cargo while improving fuel efficiency and keeping prying eyes out. It lays flat over the tray sides with a removable centre bar to support the cover, and can be easily unclipped for access. 


    A canvas canopy is more comprehensive. It usually has zip openings on all three sides, a clear window in the front and is supported by a metal frame approximately the height of the vehicle’s cab. 


    Tonneau covers are ideal for protecting loads while maintaining your ute's sleek appearance. Canvas canopies, however, provide a large enclosed storage space better suited for camping and tradework, protecting your gear from Australia's harsh weather conditions.

  • Which materials do you use in the manufacture of your canvas canopies and tonneaus?

    We offer three premium materials for ute and 4WD covers: Robust Premium Ripstop Tonneau, 680gsm ripstop heavy-duty PVC, and our exclusive Australian-made 16oz high-performance canvas blend. 


    Our exclusive canvas blend is specifically developed for canopy applications and resists shrinking, built to last 20+ years when treated reasonably. 


    All materials resist UV fade, mildew and tearing for long service on bush tracks and city roads.


  • What warranty do you provide on vehicle 4WD canvas canopies and tonneau covers?

    Every canopy and tonneau includes a 12-month workmanship warranty plus the fabric maker’s guarantee. If there are technical material issues or a seam fails under normal use, we fix it free within the period.
