They are made from non-porous PVC coated tonneau material which is 100% waterproof.

Yes. We can tailor the cover around your bars using a 10mm binding lip that fits tightly around the pipe, redirecting water away from the ute to keep your cargo dry.

Traditional fittings include press studs, eyelets with elastic rope, and single elastic bunji loops. The latest popular style is the push-on Slikfit tonneau, which uses an aluminium track around the top of the tub with J-channel plastic sewn to the tonneau for a clean, secure fit.

Most tonneau covers can be manufactured and installed the same day. Drop your ute off at our Campbellfield workshop around 8am and it will be finished by 5.45pm for collection, often earlier. We'll text you once it's ready.

The best maintenance is regular cleaning to remove grime and road oils. Wash with pH neutral, mild soapy water and rinse thoroughly.

If using store-bought products, ensure they don't contain mineral oil or petroleum-based additives, as these can shorten your PVC tonneau's lifespan. Natural lanolin and neatsfoot oil (without added mineral oil) appear safe to use but may not actually extend the tonneau's performance.
