Unlike standard canvas materials on the market, our exclusive canvas blend resists shrinking and is built to last 20+ years with proper care.

Our custom canvas trailer covers are built to withstand harsh Australian weather conditions. 

We use double-stitched seams with marine-grade thread and ensure tight tensioning to prevent water entry and resist UV damage. The covers maintain their shape in strong winds and won't shrink in extreme temperatures. 

Our canvas material actually improves with age — naturally weathering to become even more water-resistant over time. For maximum protection, we also offer an optional seam sealer compound application.

Most made-to-measure trailer canopies are completed within 4-8 working days. This timeframe begins once we receive your trailer at our factory and includes custom making the cover, installing all fittings, and adding removable roof bows if required. We'll provide you with a clear collection date when you make your booking, and we'll contact you as soon as your trailer and canopy are ready for pickup.

Yes, we can repair most types of damage to trailer tarps and tonneau covers. 

Our repair services include patching tears and rips, replacing worn zippers, re-sewing detached plastic components, and installing new bunji loops or elastic rope. 

However, if the damage is too extensive or the material has reached the end of its useful life, we can manufacture a brand-new cover for you.
